Born Ernest Lorenzo Velasquez Dee on November 5, 1988, Enchong is a native of Camarines Sur and was easily known for his swimming prowess not discounting the fact that he is an actor and an actor at the same time. A student of De La Salle University-College of St. Benilde, he further pursued his swimming career and had participated as a part of the Philippine National Swimming Team.
